Which smartphones are compatible with the LIVALL app?
Android version 4.3 or higher or iOS version 7.0 or higher. Bluetooth 4.0 is required.
Where can I download the LIVALL app?
Available for iOS in the App Store, for Android on Google Play. Also available directly from the website: http://livall.com
What should I do if my Android device won't connect?
Check if Bluetooth is enabled. If not, disable and re-enable Bluetooth and restart the LIVALL app. If it still doesn't work, unpair old devices and reconnect.
What to do if the helmet does not charge or turn on?
Unplug and replug the USB charging cable from the helmet several times. Then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. This only works while the helmet is charging.

What material is the LIVALL helmet made of?
Outside: high-strength PC material (1 mm thick).
Inside: imported EPS foam from the USA – for comfort and safety.
The design reduces air resistance and keeps the helmet cool. The helmet meets all safety standards.
How do I change the light settings?
After successfully connecting to the LIVALL app, you'll find the "Light" item in the shortcut menu. There are five light modes.
How do I control the helmet's indicators?
Once the helmet and jet are connected, you can use the left/right buttons on the Bling Jet to make the indicators flash three times.
How do I answer and make calls?
You can answer an incoming call by pressing the confirmation button once while driving. To make a call, press the confirmation button twice to redial the last number dialed.
