Delivery conditions

1. General information about shipping

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is via DHL/DPD/Hermes, and processing time is typically 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping costs & delivery options

Standard shipping within Germany: 6.99 € – Delivery time approx. 1-3 working days

Express shipping within Germany: 16.99 € – Delivery time approx. 1 working day

Shipping within the EU: 19.99 € – Delivery time approx. 2-4 working days

International shipping: individual calculation]

Free shipping: For orders over €80 within Germany.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping: approx. 1-3 working days

Express shipping: approx. 1-2 working days
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.

4. Shipping restrictions

We currently only deliver within the EU, UK and Switzerland.

5. Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

6. Damaged or lost orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales.eu@livall.com .

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived after 20 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at sales.eu@livall.com to register a return.

The customer shall bear the costs of return shipment.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
