Warranty information

The guarantee certificate

Following the principle “The customer is our focus”, we protect your rights comprehensively.

Please bring your valid warranty certificate and/or the original invoice, which must be fully completed and officially stamped by the helmet dealer. Alterations will invalidate the certificate. The serial number sticker on the helmet must not be damaged, otherwise the warranty will be void.

If the product is eligible for replacement, only the defective part will be replaced: In the case of a battery defect, only the battery will be replaced; other parts such as decorative nameplates or packaging material will not be replaced. Wear parts are subject to replacement at the customer's expense.

For damages not related to product quality (e.g. extreme humidity, liquid exposure, damage from falls, improper use), as well as for:

- Damage caused by unauthorized dismantling,

- Repairs at locations not authorized by LIVALL,

- Products outside the warranty period

LIVALL offers repairs for a reasonable fee.

Some problems arise from extreme humidity, severe damage, or modifications. If the product worked before repair but no longer works afterward, this is considered an irreparable defect. LIVALL is not liable for restoring the product to its original condition.

Please keep your warranty certificate, proof of purchase and repair documents safe for optimal service.
